my best friend is now going out with my ex boyfriend and she did not check o\if it was ok with me that she dose that i want to tell her that i really don't want her to how do i do that nicely?

I have a best friend and we would never date a guy one of us have already had. She is your best friend it should not be a problem in discussing it with her. You are best friends there should not be a problem unresolved. My sister (best friend that is just how close we are) regardless if she liked him or not she would not do that to me or me her. That is a violation. Talk to her and tell her how you really feel and if she gets mad or disregard what you say she wasn't your friend to begin with.
