if you are looking at the cylinder standing up in front of you and a line is drawn AT the top, it would signify the height.

if you draw a line AROUND the cylinder it would be the circumference.

if you look at the top, like looking at a circle, a line ACROSS the center of the circle (cylinder's base's surface) then its the diameter.

a line from the center point of that circle to the outter edge is the radius.

It's D: diameter if the line goes completly across the top of the cylinder. A: radius if the line only goes to the center of the top of the cylinder.
