I know that for a dress shirt, fitted means a more tailored fit, snug on the body, more fit under the arms and side. A regular fit shirt is usually looser and not so tight. I would imagine it is similar for "t-shirts" as well.

a fitted shirt is tight to your body shape. it is meant to show of your figure. a regular t shirt is just a plain old t shirt. no shape. personally, regular t shirts are a lot more comfortable. then again, im a tomboy, so go with what you like best. i've never seen you, i cant tell you what to wear.

a fitted t-shirt fits perfectly around the curves of your body... mostly women wear those.. even though guys shirts still should fit right, guys' shirts are looser. a regular t-shirt is like a t-shirt guys wear.. or like one you would wear to the gym.. like a regular t-shirt... so basically.. a fitted t-shirt fits tighter around where it should.. and a regular t-shirt is looser and not as form-fitting..
