Benifits are actually quite hard to find, and will usually be listed in the job discription or mentioned at the interview. I had a job once where the 'competitive benifits' were free fountain drinks while working. And that was for full time. Good luck, and may you find a good job with benifits.

A small business is exempt from most benefit packages that many larger business must offer by the National Labor Law. By law in my state, a small business doesn't even have to pay minimum wage. There is an argument there but the state does not pursue the minimum wage law for small businesses with just 2 or 3 employee's.

No, it's not mandatory. However, it is mandatory that you keep a sign posted letting your employees know that you don't carry workers compensation.

It depends on the type of company it is and if the employee work status ft or pt. its isnt mandatory in most cases

no, it is not mandatory to offer benefits. however, with bennys being offered less and less as time passes, they are becoming more and more crucial to retaining and keeping employees happy.
