There are 2 questions right here: which one do i imagine WILL win, and which action picture do i imagine ought to win. As for which action picture ought to win, i'd bypass with The Departed the entire way...only quite astounding as to what likely will win, i'm questioning it will likely be Babel, only through Golden Globe win, yet when no longer, then The Queen I only wish Little omit Sunshine doesn't win one action picture that were given no perfect photo interest in any respect that i imagine became really underrated and a minimum of deserved to be considered became Blood Diamond

It's a toss up for me: either "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" or "Amadeus".

Yeah, I know...very different, but both are incredible pieces of film making.

By the way, earlier poster: Brokeback Mountain did NOT win for best picture. That was won by Crash last year, which is a much better movie.

My favorite movie that has won the Academy Award for best picture is BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN. That movie really helps our fellow people who belong to the third sex to express thier love to another people and not to be mock by people .

1999's American Beauty

I agree with the review at themovieboy.com which says, "Simply put, it is the most thought-provoking and powerful motion picture of the whole decade."

Witty, charming, dark, poetic, honest, sad, brilliant, haunting....the list goes on.
