Well, the answer can kind of go in circles. There are so many different ways of interepeting the legend.
The majority of them usually go with Arthur being killed by Mordred his son, some legends say it's his son by his half-sister Morgan le Faye.
There are yet other sources that claim that he wasn't killed at all, merely wounded and that it was his step-sister who took him away to the isle of healing. Avalon.
So generally the answer would likely be Modred. But that is definately up for debate.

It depends on which legend but supposedly King Arthur had a son with his half-sister Morgawse by incest. His son was Mordred (who is also his nephew) was born and they killed each other in a war over Guinevere.

Depends on the legend but most say it was his son Mordred whom Arthur had with his half sister Morgana.
I was told an oral story that my paternal great grandparents brought from Hungry and Romania that said Arthur was murdered by his advisers, under orders sent by Rome.

Mordred, his illegitimate son by incest with his sister. Arthur and Mordred killed each other in the Battle of Camlann. But Arthur didn't "really" die, according to legend. He was taken to the isle of Avalon to sleep until Britain needs him again.

but is the Legendary Arthur really dead?
Arthur was mortally wounded at the Battle of Camlann
while fighting against Mordred's Army
(legend does not name the person who wounded him
but it was Mordred's fault so he gets the blame)
But Arther isn't exactly dead, he is comming back you know.
he was carried to the Immortal Fae Isle of Avalon
Healed of its wounds his body was laid to rest in a chapel
an Inscription on the Stone laid above him reads....
HIC IACET ARTORIVS REX QVANDAM REXQVE FVTVRVS — "Here lies Arthur, Former king, and future king

Arthur was killed--and killed, incidentally--by his own son, Mordred. Mordred's mother was Arthur's older half-sister, Morgause, who was also mother to Gawain, Agravain, Gaherys and Gareth, and was the widow of King Lot of Orkney.
