Shine the e-mail mumbo jumbo. Most of that stuff ends up in their spam box anyways. Best thing to do is call these people and request an interview. Avoid HR if you can, these people generally think inside the box and usually will shoot you down if you don't have the qualifications they list in their ad.

Bottom line: Think outside of the BOX

send the resume seprately, tell noone. make sure the mass emailing isnt spreading around...you could try using multiple emails, or just sending in a resume one at a time untill you get an anwser from the first.

If you are too lazy to write seperate e-mails to a dozen or more companies that might be the job you would be spending a third of your life at, then I suspect you aren't going to get any of them!

Think about it, you need to write a completely customized cover letter, and a customized resume, for each job. Otherwise you are completely wasting your time (and theirs!)

It can't be done. If they see a "BCC" it would make it obvious it was a mass mailing and they may not even open the mail since the "to" would not be them.

put all of the email addresses in bcc (blind copy; if it makes you put someone under to than put your own email address), keep the subject vague and write "to whom it may concern" to open the text of the email
