They have probably been threatened! I sincerely hope that the American people will remember Wright, Farakhan, Jackson and Al Sharpton (as well as Al BORE!) in November. I can just hear the scream now at the polls across the country!

That is the democratic party for you. I forget the man's name, but there is this one old politician who was honored last year and he was a former KKK member and very much a racist and his reign was in the 50's and early sixties and the leading Democrat leaders gave tribute to him saying what such a good man he was. When Republicans pointed out his racism, they attacked the Republicans and just passed it off as the sign of the times he lived. I wish I could remember his name.

Jackson used to be very publicly vocal with his racism but was told to cool it or it would ruin him. Now he just pretends. Racism and bigotry is not OK for anyone.

You definitely asked a question that cannot be easily answered!!
Racism and bigotry should not be OK for some and not for others, but unfortunately, the big names you mention in the subject line seem to spout from their mouths mucho bigoted comments.

Blame your ancestors, but do not blame me because it's not my fault that Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and, Louis Farakhan are all outspoken and exercise their right of freedom of speech. You seem to want blame the wrong people for the way things are and I think you're pointing your finger at the wrong people.

For many years now the double standard has been in affect. You can be proud to be black, but must feel guilty about being white.
