Not really. Not warm there yet and theres is not much to do in the winter. In the Spring it gets better. Festivals at the beach starts and it's getting warmer.

OMG YES! I just moved from va beach to pa..I miss it alot.. In the summer it can be annoying with all the tourist but other then that its GREAT!!

no way, don't get warm there till May/ june. it would be cold and boring
