If you are still a student, scholastic books has Young Writer contests every year, so that might be something worth looking into. They publish the winning books and sell them at their book fairs.

The short answer is going somewhere online. I couldn't tell you anywhere specific and to be perfectly honest, it won't be read very much that way anyway.

If you are trying to produce copies, the best thing to do is try to sell the manuscript to a publisher. Most yield for smallest effort.

You can publish a fanfiction on www.fanfiction.net and I think you can publish a book on www.writing.com. You just have to create accounts on those websites.

Somewhat....you can on the internet, like on fanfiction.net, but otherwise...I'm not sure. You'd have to find a publisher.
