the first answer is correct, when X or / you go with the smallest amount of sig figs in the problem... when + or - you go with the least precise number of sig figs...

0.4 is correct.

0.4 is the answer

It is only one significant figure because when you multiply numbers together, the answer has the same number of significant figures as the multiplier with the least significant figures.

as 4 above i think hes explanation is correct but answer is wrong i think Leat significant is 3 therefore answer is
0.405
