If you are talking about UPS Ground then it could be up to the maximum of 5 business days. Sometimes the regular mail is faster.

it dpends on how the shipper sent
did they use the Postal service if they used the postal service
did they send first class? priorty mail, Media mail?
parcel post?
Priorty mail takes about 3 days, Media Mail can take from
7 day to 3 weeks. Parcel post 4 weeks..
now if used Fedex ground about 2 to 3 days..
you should ask the seller how they sent the item to you

It depends on how fast it's being shipped. Examples....
If it's going 600 miles per hour, it will get there in 1 hour
If it's going 6000 miles per hour, it will get there in 6 minutes
If it's going 60 miles per hour, it will get there in 10 hours
If it's going 6 miles per hour, it will get there in 100 hours
As you see, it all depends on how fast it's being shipped
