I was about 4 1/2 years old. I was in the lake, no swimming aids on (lifejackets, arm "floaties", nothing). I was getting neck deep, and I thought I'd be alright. Turns out if it weren't for my mom jumping in and picking me up, I wouldn't be here right now answering questions. I am thankful, although it was nothing back then, that my mom was able to come in and save me before I drowned. Feels like nothing because it's been so long since it happened. Deeper thought makes me realize that the lake was a big part of my life. I was scared of water until I turned 12, in which I jumped out of my uncle's boat in the middle of another lake, discovering how easily I could float. I had a lifejacket on, and I had fun. Even without a lifejacket, I could float in water effortlessly, easily, and like a buoy. But one downer is that I can't stay at the bottom of the pool or lake I'm in. I can't swim underwater, as I'd just float back up to the surface. It's good in swimming classes, but when I try to scrape the sand in the lake with my friends, it's impossible. I like it more than not floating, though.

yes. once when i was 3 i was with a friend and i tried opening the drawer to her dresser but since we were little it had those special kid locks (that i forgot the name of). but i still tried opening it, and it ended up falling over and the dresser fell over and all i remember after that is the sight of a Tv (looking like it was) gonna fall on me with a dresser right begind it, also falling. then when i woke up (i guess i can barely remember this stuff) i heard my mom saying this stuff about "If i didn't have her as Kayla's friend she could have been dead" stuff like that. and that is the only memory of me when i was 3, i know as a fact (now...) that she saved my life though.

Yes!!!
Actually twice!
Once when I had carbon monoxide poisoning and another time I was prescribed medication for epilepsy treatment and I died from that; even got the "shockers" to get my heart pumping again.
True Story
Dad can vouch!!

YES...from choking....last year. They had to use the Heimlich maneuver several times. I think I lost consciousness for a few seconds. It was a strange experience.

My father did. I was in Barbados and got caught in the undertoe. He had to hit me on the head to knock me out because I was panicking and, even though I was only 12, the adrenalin in me was too strong for him and I was fighting him. I loveeeeeeee my Dad!
