Sexier is in the eye of the beholder. In other words it's subjective. Personally I think women have a way of carrying themselves that make them sexier.

They put more effort into disguising the bits of them that aren't feminine.
Take away all the padded and gel bras and the breast implants and there'd be a very large number of flat-chested girls.
Take away all the razors/epilators/depilatories/ laser treatment/electrolyis etc. etc. and you'd find that a very large proportion of those apparently-sexy girls have moustaches and legs hairier than some guys'. With girls, much or most of the sexiness is an illusion, rather than real.
