Not really. Logitech or Plantronic have better wireless headset for the xbox 360.

1. Go for Tritton over turtle beach. I suggest the 360's or 720's. They have better sound and are less than the x41's. 2. Most people get the Tritton AX720's. 3. The average price is $120. The x41's are 200 and have a worse quality sound. 4. The amp and all the cords are to connect your headset to your controller, and your tv. This is to get both the game sound and the people's voices. Also, it is for you to talk. 5. Definitely. I have the Tritton AX720's and they are freaking amazing! I also have the x41's and they just don't stack up. Conclusion: For your $120 spending cap, the Tritton AX720's are your best bet.

NO! theyre like 60 bux. and the regular ones like 20. and it connects to ur controller which means it only a small wire
