I am not being flippant but: I truly only care what the nipples look like when they're in my mouth, or there when I look up from below. And I never care about their color. I swear. There's only one defect a nipple can have and I can work with it: so small it's hard to grasp with fingers or mouth. Color simply isn't on my radar!

You can't. In any case, nipple size and shape change over the course of a woman's adult life and especially if she has children.
Large breasts do not necessarily have large nipples and conversely flat-chested women with no obvious breasts can have large, well-developed female nipples.

ummm...if she has a bra on and a shirt, you can ttell. thats the wonder of bras and clothes. They conceal those things so men can't stare and know waht color and size...ya.
