They will give you a domain name (www.somename.com) free with a one-year hosting agreement, which should cost about $100.
They also offer Gallery, a free photo album system for showing and selling photographs.

You are better off trying to sell them on EBay. There are a great many sites that offer nature photos for free or cheap for web site designers and graphic artists. If you mat them and frame them you might sell a few. If you really must go it alone, 1and1.com and godaddy.com are good. They both can register your domain name and host your site. Keep in mind that once you publish your photos on a site, anyone can simply download them. You can Google "free web hosting", but you will find most "free" hosting costs more than those two companies.

if you plan to register it under a business name, then best to do it with Yahoo. They have other optional resources you can use to setup a website. The need for server depends on what you want to post on the net or how big your business will get (traffic wise). Remember, own a server entails administrative works.

They offer domain registration plus webhosting for a very resonable price.
Unless you plan on millions of people visiting your site everyday you dont need a whole server.
It might be wise to look into getting a special html script that will disable people from right clicking on your page and potentialy stealing your photos.
