The 2 sites I frequent are:
www.scrapbook.com and www.twopeasinabucket.com
Both of them offer message boards, tutorials and lay-out galleries. The people at both sites are friendly and most helpful.
Another great tutorial site is www.scrapjazz.com
scrapjazz will teach you to do anything you would ever want to learn to do regarding scrapbooking.
Have fun, it's a wonderful hobby to have.

TRY DIY.NET AND HGTV.COM BOTH HAVE FANTASTIC SCRAPBOOKING IDEAS, INSTRUCTIONS AND ARE BROKE DOWN INTO DIFFERENT THEMES, LIKE VAENTINES DAY. HAVE FUN WITH YOUR PAGE, AND DON'T BE SURPRIZED IF YOU BECOME ADDICTED TO IT.LOL
