There is this girl named Sakura (but its not naruto) anyways also there is aguy named syaoran. what is this anime called?

They are in Tsubasa Chronicles and Card Captor Sakura. Tsubasa Chronicles is the recent one where they appear to be a lot older comparing to Card Captors.

See the couple Sakura and Syaoran in the series Card Captor Sakura. It is made by CLAMP who also made other anime called Magic Night Rayearth, Chobits , Campus Class detectives, etc.

They are in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle and in Card Captor Sakura. In TRC they are older and not on earth, but in another world and in another relationship to each other. It is more a crossover with characters from alot of other CLAMP mangas and serieses.

Sounds like Cardcaptor Sakura to me but it could also be Tsubasa Chronicles so yeh one of those two.

There are 2 series with these characters, if you are looking for the younger versians of them try Cardcaptor Sakura
and for the older versian try Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle.
