Luck is a combination of both. Primarily it is being prepared to take advantage of "chance" opportunities.
If you are walking in a parking lot and see a $20 bill on the ground, that is by chance. If you are prepared to and pick it up the chance opportunity then becomes "luck".
Just keep your eyes open for chances and pick up the opportunities when given the chance.
Some say that by simply changing your attitude and believing that you are lucky, you will become lucky. Try it !
Oh yeah, and Good Luck !

There is no such thing as luck. There is cause and effect in all things. Desire, through the law of Karma, actions in thought, word and deed are the creators of our life circumstances and our destiny. Choose carefully all thought you allow to enter and remain in you mind. Accept all desire as Gods will and offer all actions to serving God.
