on the first week when i bought it, it was working fine. in the second week it started to say the message. why!????

The disk is faulty. Try returning it for another. Most stores will stand behind their products

Have you tried cleaning it?
If you did and it still doesn't work, take it to game crazy to get it buffered or something else. If it still doesn't work go take it back.

If it is used then there may be scratches on it. Or if it's new you may want to exchange it for another copy for malfunctions.
