Annabelle, Malaya, Jaylin, Kessa, Caitess, Addalie, and Samira

Annabelle and Kessa are the only ones I would go with. Malaya just doesn't sound right for a name. Jaylin, is trying to hard to be different, but is going to far. Caitess is one of the weirdest things I've ever heard. Addalie sounds too old fashioned. And Samira is ok, but no my favorite for a name.

Worst is definately Samira isn't that the name of the girl in the well from The Ring horror movies?
I think I would change Caitess to Caitessa it doesn't sound finished without the a sound at the end. I knew a couple ladies named Malaya it was nice but out of these the best is Jaylin.

Best: Samira, Jaylin and Annabelle
Worst: Malaya, Kessa, Caitess and Addalie
Samira is my favorite in all the names, but I would spell it Samirah instead. I don't really like the rest too much, they sounded too old, if I may. In place of Kessa, do you like Klarysse?
Pronounced: Klah-reese. My two least favorite is, Malaya and Caitess. In place of Malaya, how about Malayna?

I like Malaya, Jaylin, and Addalie the best. I also like Maliya even though it is not on your list.

Annabel is my name, I personally love it and pretty much every day I get a complement on it. The only thing is, it is hard to write in cursive, with the 2 n's. The rest I am not a great fan of, except Addalie. That is pretty, might want to change it to Adaline, though.

I absolutely love the name Jaylin,
Malaya makes me think of Malaria so i don't like that one....

I would generally try to avoid names that would make that person fit in, i would go with Kessa(best) because its original and it short, sweet, and not to high strung. Caitess(worst) because people would butcher the name and it might have an effect on the child.

Kessa is cute and unique. I like it, but Annabelle is to worn out and personally, I wouldn't want that name.
