Anyone who has seen THIS IS SPINAL TAP knows that Boston isn't much of a college town.
Seriously -- throw a dart at a map of the Boston area and you will hit a good college.
Go to Princeton Review's web site. They have a tool that asks you questions about your background & interests and spits out the names of appropriate colleges.

Tufts should also be considered.
You need to check both the princetonreview website someone suggested, along with www.collegeboard.com and the US News & World Report college rankings and the Fiske Guide to Colleges (book; library...)
There are obviously many quality schools in the Boston area and it's up to you to find the one(s) with solid communications programs, good academic reputations, an environment you want to live in, etc.
GOOD LUCK.

Try Boston University, Boston College, or Northeastern. My sister loved Northeastern. I'd recommend Welseley or Simmons, but I don't think they offer communications.
