It's all about proportion, not bra sized. A B cup will look fine on a small framed woman, but flat on a taller, big hipped woman. Just like a girl who is 5'3 would look weird with big ol' 34 DD knockers. They are probably just being stupid, as you said. Besides, breasts are so in and out of "fashion" that what ever you got, hang on to it. Eventually the rest of the world will catch up and want it too.

B is small to average. A is small. Double AA is pretty much flat chested. It means your boobs are no bigger than your rib cage measurement. If you are flat chested, you wouldn't need a bra.
I think calling a B cup flat chested is silly. Flat chests can't sag, B cups can.

AA size. I think people who complain about a B cup just because they see women with bigger chest and feel theres are smaller than the majority of women. I have a B cup, and Hey! i'm entirely happy with it. I think its just women's perception that when it comes to breasts, bigger is better.

Depends on the body type, for a small petitie woman, A is small (or flat chested) for a taller broader woman, B is small.

A and almost B. I used to be a B, and I have always been grateful that our family are not on the extra-large "bovine" side. That is very bad for a woman's health and back.

B cups are small compared to bigger breasted women but they are not flat chested. I consider aaa flat chested and aa almost flat chested. I'd love to walk up to B cup girl with my friend. She was once bigger than me. After losing weight She shrank down to a 34aaa. Now all she has are 2 TINY raised nipples. So a B cup is gigantic compared to hers. She'd do almost anything except surgery to have a B cup.

A cup, however, it´s about proportion which I think that is ten times more important than size itself.
