I mean what will it have that i dont have already?

don't upgrade right away
VISTA sucks!!!!!
lots of bugs, viruses, etc
wait until Microsoft comes out with Service packs for VISTA
or until they stop making software for it (as they are currently doing with Windows 2000)

It all depends if your computer can handle it. A Windows Vista Capable PC includes at least:

* A modern processor (at least 800MHz1).
* 512 MB of system memory.
* A graphics processor that is DirectX 9 capable.

I it's working well for you now, why bother?

A lot of Vista is Microsoft's hype. Besides, upgrading any OS (Windows in particular) isn't always easy.
