i know wat u mean and i hate it also, its a drag to keep changing the tampons or pads.
But this is the way ur body cleans u out so take a little comfort in that.
But they do have a pill that only makes it last three days, the oral contraceptive promises shorter periods.

There is, but the one thing that would stop your period will royally screw up your bone health (it is a shot called Depo Provera, and its administered every THREE months), not to mention lots of weight gain and even worse mood swings than you are dealing with now as well as spotting at the weirdest times. You'd also need a bone density check every five years from using it.
EVERY WOMAN has gone through that horrible week per month. Try taking Pamprin or Midol to assist you during that time of the month.
I started menstruating over 15 years ago and every time I have my period I don't feel like doing anything either. If you get active, you will hardly know (except of course the pad or tampon).

You could get pregnant at least that will stop it for 9 months or you can gain a lot of weight that you become morbidly obese or you can become so anorexic that you dont get it at all or you can just pray and hope you go into early menopause!. All those options are drug free.
Just go with it you will soon get used to it. It is part of being a woman and I have never heard of a woman that actually likes getting it so you are not alone in that department.
A temporary solution though is to buy swabs from your pharmacy that is espescially designed to stop your period TEMPORARILY!!! Prostitutes use them so they can keep "working" when they have got it and they just remove it after each "shift" Yeah that is a gross option lol!!

oh yea sure go anarexic and u can stop it for the rest of ur life!!!!! JUST KIDDING DONT DO THAT!!!! wel there are some birth control pills that make u have one like 4 times a year. but there very unhealthy they can cause blood clotts and strokes. we all have a period and it sucks. not fun we get fatt moody and just feel gross. and theres nothing we can do. if u have only had it for a year thats like 12 times u have many more to go. if u mother or guardian wants to take u to get the pill then she can or he..w.e. but its unsafe. good luck

The depo birth control shot. My doctor told me that we only need 4 periods a year. But the depo shot has some side affects, like weight gain, hair loss, depression and more. I would take the pill.

Absolutely!
1. Take birth control pills and do not take the placebos. Just start a new pack when you use up the old one. You will never get your period.
2. Become anorexic. You stop menstruating when your body weight dips too low.
3. Become pregnant. You do not menstruate while pregnant.
Good luck!

You might have a hormonal imbalance. You might start having periods again if you go on the pill to regulate your hormone cycle.
