I suggest mircette (aka Kariva). It is often the first prescribed medication for young women due to its low incidence of side effects. Just remember that each brand of BC works differently for every woman. There isn't a particular pill that will clear your acne or grow your breasts, you just have to try different brands until you find one that works best for you!

Good luck!!

Different birth controls have different effects on each woman. I prefer Yasmin. I've tried many different types and this one by far has been the best. My periods before were about a 15 on a 1-10 pain scale. Now they are at most a 4. I also have lighter periods and less nauseating feelings. The only thing I dislike is I bloat a little more. I just keep my potassium intake lower during that time of the month. Also for the first few months i was alittle off schedule. It takes time. Other than that I absolutely recommend to try it. Good luck finding whats right for you.

What works for one might not work as well for another. Some women have migraines from Otho-Novum and some don't. Most clear up acne, regulate cycles and cause breast growth. Its all about your own tolerance to the hormones and dosages.

It all depends on your body and how it reacts.

I am on Kariva and have had no adverse affects.

You could consult with your doctor and they could recommend a brand for you.

The one that your doctor prescribes specifically for you, based on your own and your family history, and an exam and discussion with you.
