i notice people with confidence. not people who wear revealing clothes, or expensive clothes/shoes. actually a lot of the people i notice/admire wear rather inexpensive clothes. confidence is key.

you dont have to, but it helps. i bet if u wore something u find in a store window youll get more attention than regularly, but i find that a look from someone isnt worth the cost of the outfit. you could also try going naked, thatll get attention, but its kinda cold in january so u might wanna put that off till later.

it always help to be neat and clean.confidence is major. but beauty can not be hid if you have it you dont have to flaunt it ,it shows.and clothes just are for status so if you look like a bum you will be sure to attract one.
