My last period began dec 23rd and i dont know how long my cycle is. On january 1st i was fingered for the first time. i also laid on top of the guy with his boxers off and my underwear on. He fingered me many times but he never ejactulated. There was some pre- fluid on him, but i dont believe he touched it before fingering. Anyway, i have been moody the past few days and last night i had some red blood on my toliet paper. I woke up with cramps that have lasted all day, but i have not started my period adn there is no bleeding. I have also felt constipated and had some numbness. These are not normal for me to have during PMS, but i have been under a great deal of stress with a new job. Are these normal of PMS? I took an early home pregnancy test today and it said negative, but it may be too early. Can someone help me please?

Are you sure the blood came from your vagina? If you are constipated pretty bad the blood could be from that.
However, even though you say those are not typical signs of PMS for you, they still are very typical signs of PMS.
When your body starts retaining water it will leave you constipated quite often.
I am betting you are not pregnant.
The typical remedys for constipation might not work as good during PMS, but you can try eating some raisin Bran or lettuce for ruffage. This will usually help a little. I hope you feel better. Being a female can really suck at times huh?

It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. While it is entirely plausible that you could have gotten pregnant from that pre ejaculation, if you are sure he didn't touch you I would not worry. If you are experiences greats amount of stress that will definitely postpone the normal cycle of your menstruation because it throughs of the homeostasis of your body's hormones causing you to still not experience menstruation. I would not worry, if you took a test and it was negative, you will be fine. Plus cramping and blood on toilet paper is a sign your body is preparing to menstruate. Just be patient and try not to worry and it'll soon begin.

sounds like you had some fun ;-).. well the answer is no. it couldnt happen that you got pregnant, stop worrying about that. but yes if you are starting to become sexually active you hormones start to change which is going to effect how you fell during pms & on your period.. your body will change so many frickn times in the next ten years take it slow and dont worry much! good luck

Sometimes stress can cause you to not have your period. Try to relax when you get home and your hormones will balance out. It may just take a few days.

if you didnt have sex you are not pregnant and the fact that you even had to ask that tells me that you might be a bit young

You need ejaculation into your vagina for the spermies to make it to your eggs.

So I doubt its pregnancy. :)
