Is it ok to bomb targets in other countries if possibly there is a bad guy there? Maybe Al quada bomded the WTC with information that there was a bad guy there! It wasn't bombing the US only a target in the US.

One of the goals of military missions is to have no or very minimal collateral damage - this means no killing of innocent civilians etc.

Somehow I don't think that this was the intent in 9/11.

Most people usually learn better speech by the time they are oh 6 or 7. Bad guys are what you use when playing.

Facts are that certain countries are not friendly to the United States and these countries know who they are and why they are on a Terrorist Supporting State List. The United States, through its actions known to everyone, does not support terrorism. After 9/11, and with the threat of weapons of mass destruction capable of being developed by non-state entities, those states that do support terrorism are on notice that the United States intends to pre-empt terrorist targets if we find out where they are. Now we never pre-emptively strike a target in a friendly, allied country like England, Canada, etc., but, if we find a legitimate target in a country like North Korea, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and other country on our state-supported terrorist list, then we have already said we would pre-emptively strike those targets. As for Al-qaeda striking a US target, we do not consider that moral equivalence with United States history of good in the world. The US is not a terrorist state. No matter what Al Qaeda and its sympathizers may state.

I'm not sure just what is permissible in a situation such as this, as the Israeli Mossad had the I think flight 800 bombed in Lockabee Ireland several years ago killing nearly 200 people just to get one man, so maybe we should ask how many lives are expendable for one man, how many thousands died in Lebanon because Israel said there were militants in their midst? also they said mice makes rats when they dropped those cluster bombs in Lebanon, which will continue to kill children years to come, maybe some of our people on Q&A could help with this answer?

They didn't bomb us they hijacked airliners with civilians aboard and deliberately aimed them at huge buildings full of civilians. Its not ok to do that under any ones rules but that of a terrorist.
No matter who is there.

Hush, when we do it ourselves, we are doing to protect our country, but when someone else tries to protect their country from our imperialism, it`s terrorism.
