Give yourself the opportunity to release your anger in a safe way, without hurting anyone else. Our anger is often linked to another person. Your customized Anger Management Pillowcase displays the photo of this person. It’s one of the best anger tools to help you release the storage of the negative energy you may have built up in a safe and private manner.

One of the best ways to release anger is to give yourself the permission to express anger.
In other words, just because you are taught or raised to suppress your anger doesn't mean that this is necessary the way you should go. In fact, it is quite healthy to express your anger as long as you do it correctly. There's nothing wrong with expressing fear, rage, anger or sadness although many people are taught otherwise when they grow up.

#1. Relaxation technique:
1: Deep breathe.
2. Focus on tensing up every muscle in your body at the same time while holding breath.
3. Hold breath and keep all muscles tight for 30 seconds. Slowly let the muscles loosen while slowly exhaling starting with your head ... then neck ... then chest/arms ... then legs.
4. Repeat until the anger is released.
#2: Let out a Tarzan Yell. (You can do this between relaxation technique too).

Yes, you do. My male friend's ex partner was constantly punching inanimate objects and occasionally his partner - hence ex. He had a temper. Gay men are just as likely to have bad tempers as straight men and my friend felt that arguments between gay couples are more likely to result in violence to surrounding objects and each other because there is an equality of strength there and because men are generally more likely to express anger physically. His views. How do you know when you see a man punching a wall if he is gay or not anyway?

You can always redirect your anger into doing something constructive, like reading or drawing. Or you can talk to the person who has angered you and settle the issue calmly.

learn to breathe properly. breathe through your diaphragm (your gut) instead of your chest. your brain actually produces 'calm down' chemicals when you use your diaphragm to breathe. when you breathe through your chest, you actually create more adrenaline in the body.
practice taking a deep breath in through your nose....feel it in the back of your throat and make a snoring sound if you need to...breathe in for like 5 seconds...hold your breath for 2-3 seconds, and then exhale out your mouth, letting your lips flap in the breeze. exhale for LONGER than you inhale...about a 7 or 8 count...i promise, this will relax and calm you instantly...and when you do this, focus on nothing else except your breathing. it will work.
