First of all, it takes two weeks to heal. One awesome secret!!!! I had one last year on my ankle and slept through it. I hate needles! I cry if I have to get an IV.
Here is the secret. Ask your DR. to prescribe you EMLA, that is a numbing cream. You get that and rub in all over the area really good 45 mins., before your tattoo, and wrap your arm with saran wrap. Then before the tattoo wash the emla off. You will feel nothing. I swear! You can sleep through it! My girls have had their ears pierced and didn't feel a thing. Good luck! Take my advice!!

It might hurt a little at first but it also depends on where at on your body you have it done ( some places hurt more than others ) depending on the size of the tat after a while the area being tattooed may start to feel a little numb so if you can take a little pinching it dont hurt too bad .. As for healing it shouldnt take long as long as you take care of it properly its more less like letting a scab heal . DO NOT PICK AT IT !! if you do , you take the risk of picking some of the ink out thus ruining your tat ! good luck !

I have one on my again among my shoulder blades (now not so much among muscle and epidermis) and it seems like a bee sting. Shading feels a bit of one-of-a-kind; like any person taking a pointy fringe of plastic and brushing your epidermis. I can say that I don't remorse it the least bit and I have had mine over a 12 months. I like to put on matters that exhibit it and I get plenty of compliments. The worst side is the itching whilst it's therapy. Like the others mentioned, use the lotion after you are taking the duvet off. As lengthy because the position is blank, you must be nontoxic. You can watch them take the needle out of the wrapper in the event you desire so that you are aware of it is blank. As lengthy because it depicts some thing you're going to regularly have a robust connection to, you're going to now not remorse getting it like any person else mentioned. In my opinion, it does harm however it's valued at it.

What do you do for a living.???? If it is physical work it will take longer because of the rubbing and peeling. I have tried to get mine done around a vacation or a long holiday weekend..It will only hurt at first, then the endorphins kick in and it will numb on its own...
