HELL YES!!!! especially RHCP<3!!!!!! um...i also like STP<3(Stone Temple Pilots) try them!!!!!

For RHCP, I like their funky stuff--try all versions of Parliament and funky James Brown, also Prince.
Incubus--Tool, maybe. Soundgarden is AWESOME...check out their stuff, also Audioslave (same singer.)
Sublime's awright, but it gets me down cuz I know the singer's dead. Try old Santana (like, pre-1978) or new Santana (like the duet albums), also Latin jazz. Sorta in the same mood.
