I'm in need of any real life motivational and inspirational stories or any advice to share with a 12 yr old who lies, sneaks to bully other kids who are scared of him. I need him to realize the consequences that can arise if he does not stop. He is a great kid good grades and listens very well. When he gets to school he tries to be sneaky with what he does and thinks he want get caught. Any advice, related stories along with consequences of his action will be very helpful. Maybe if he hears it from other people or hear it from someone who has been in his same situation and he knows what could happen to him he will finally see what he is doing can cost him a lot. Thanks

I am his aunt not his mother he has many issues with his mom who is locked up and he knows how I feel about the way he acts in school I have not had time to sit him down and talk to him at all until tomorrow. His dad is in the picture he lives with him now. I will get to the bottom of it I was looking for some one who have been in his shoes who can tell him what their consequences was and what they had to face. I will sit him down and talk to him over the weekend then get him to go up for prayer in church but I will go with him. He knows that we all love him and he needs to stop lieing so much is the big issue right now I have other ideas to deal with him but wanted someone else who may can relate to share.

He does get rewarded for good grades. SO he knows what he is suppose to do. I think that peer pressure plays a role in his actions at school as well. Right now he has to earn everything all over again cause right now I don't think that he realizes how much his attitude and actions plays a big role along with getting these rewards.

AM SORRY BUT I COULD TELL YOU MY STORY AND IT WOULD NOT MATTER ONE BIT TO YOUR CHILD. IN FACT HE WOULD TELL YOU I WAS STUPID OR IDIOT, YOU KNOW ACT ALL BULLIED.
I AGREE WITH GORGEUSRED & LEROY.JXXX. UR SON IS 12 AND HE IS IN NEED OF SOME DISCIPLINE. UR THE PARENT AND HE IS THE CHILD.
HE NEEDS TO SEE A SPECIALIST WHERE HE CAN TALK WHY HE IS TAKING THIS ACTIONS. THIS IS THE BEGGINING OF A FRAGILE AGE.
IF HE CONTINUES TO CHOOSE THIS ACTIONS THEN HE WILL END UP IN NOT A PRETTY SITE. I CAN NOT IMAGINE WHEN HE TURN 16. HE COULD TURN WORSE IF YOU DONT TAKE ACTION NOW.

This story of a mother trying to stop her little boy from becoming someone hated is inspiring enough. Tell him of a woman who was sad because she loved someone very much who didn't listen to her. Or tell him about me. When I was a little girl, I was made fun of because of my Asian descent. I cried a lot at night, but was too ashamed to tell my dad, so the teasing went on and on. The cause of his spite towards other people might signal that there's something wrong with him as well, so maybe you just need to sit down and really talk to him.

I agree with a previous answerer. I don't think this is something a 12 year-old will respond to. I think 12 is a little young to try that kind of reasoning with. He is probably just in need of some strong parenting (i.e. discipline) to put him back into a child's place. It sounds to me like he is just testing the limits to see how much he can get away with.

in case you've been unhappy on your courting, you made the right selection. Staying in a courting that wasn't going everywhere might want to have in reality harm him in the lengthy time period. inspite of if he, and also you, are unhappy now, it kind of feels as besides the undeniable fact that your selection became astounding. you should in no way sacrifice your happiness for everyone. in case you nonetheless care about him adequate to be traumatic about him besides the undeniable fact that, it truly is tremendous-- you'll be there for him without being his female friend.

I don't really think a kid is going to listen to a strangers "testimony."
You are the adult. He is the child. You both need to start acting like them.

well this can sound bad but someone has to show him he is not so tough. that he is not the big bully, he needs to be shown that this will eventually lead to joining a gang, bad behavior, etc. Well basically someone needs to put him in his place
