Running exercising and eating healthy, is the best way to go. Another alternative liposuction, but is expensive and also dangerous. Just join a Gym, and drink lots of water, It sounds hard but it is all worth it. Good luck!

How quickly is quickly? Eat less calories and exercise. If you want real quick like 1-2 months you would have to starve yourself and exercise, which is obviously not a healthy choice.

only water, and exersice at least 3 times a week. Oh and dont eat after 5:00 or before u go to bed.
have ur meals before then.
