ive been thin ever since but im tired of it.i want to build some muscles to look a bit bulkier.someone told me that a should go to the gym.is it ok for skinny people to workout there??isnt it intimidating??

I guess this is fairly common. I'm also extremely skinny and self-conscious about going to the gym. Well - I guess we all just need to suck it up and go guys. We're going to be skinny forever unless we do something about it.

i had that same problem. i am thin and wanted to workout but was kinda intimidated but i go with my friends. most of the time some of the bigger guys help me out and give me some tips.

man my brother was like that he was stick skinny but fast and always self conscious when he went to the gym but as he got older he put on lots of muscle and his metabolism slowed down... so go to the gym don't sweat it if you do buy some weights... Dont worry but make sure you eat a healthy diet that supports your workout.

im 2 thin 2 isnt there like pills r sumthin tht are easier than goin gym?

Go for it, like what the person above said the bigger guys would even give tips and advice sometimes.

I'm slender. I only do elyptical, since I have back problems. But, I'm there for me. So, I focus on what I need to do, & do it.
