All the time, when I'm on the internet, it for no apparent reason tends to freeze and then a minute later automatically closes down. Then, a second later I get the program is not responsive message...It's annoying and is very frequent. I have multiple spyware programs (spyware blaster, spyware doctor, super antispyware etc.) and the latest Norton Antivirus. I scan all of the time.
1 Why is my computer doing this and what can I do to prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks!

The same thing happens to me, and I have 2.5 gigs of ram. I don't know what to tell you, but your not alone. Must have something to do with the IE7 browser..I have changed somethings around but it still does it....I'll keep you posted..

Sounds like you need 2 gigs of ram just to run your spyware and anti virus protection! Your program isnt runnin because you have no ram left!
