Is there a way to.......?

have my Cingular Razor unlocked so I can use it with another provider?

Yes, but u have to obtain a un-lock code for it. U can pay a company to do it or try to find free unlock codes on the web.

Call them up and if you are a customer in good standing, they might give it to you.

You can also search online for tools and companies that send you unlock codes...for a fee. Ebay is a good place to search for this.
