I, too, remember when "gay" meant "happy", and "straight" meant "not curved". When "queer" meant "odd", and when the only word we knew that followed "homo" was "sapiens". Actually, I am a pro-science conservative - as in - where science serves the needs of the people and the country as they align with MY view of the needs of the people and the country - I'm all for it. But where science contradicts morality.. that's another issue entirely. Jurassic Park Syndrome: Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. Edit: For Punk-Rock... Or the liberals who think that "disapprove" = "hate".
