Well, technically, the podcasts are free videos, but those are REALLY short. To be totally honest, you can only get free videos if the price of a video in the iTunes Music Store labels it free, but there is rarely a time when that happens. That is, almost rarely. For example, there was a free, not at all cut or edited, video of the first episode of Cory in the House on iTunes a few weeks ago. When the show premiered, its price was raised to the normal price of a TV show. So if you keep looking, you may get lucky and find a free video (just make sure it interests you).
