I don't feed my bettas live food because it lead sot a lot of health problems like parasites and diseases. it's better to go with freeze dried foods when feeding things like bloodworms. I usually feed mine pellets once a day and give them freeze dried blood worms once a week or so and peas to keep them from being constipated.

I don't feed my Beta live food, I feed it Betta Banquet. She seems to enjoy it.

freezed dried blood worms and the pellet for betta that they sell at pet store. I like to give his a variety.
