That's a good question, I guess I've never thought about it. Maybe because tobacco is a lot nastier and alcohol is more recreational? It would be kind of hypocritical for you to sue them if you drink at all, whereas the party suing probably doesn't smoke or chew tobacco.

Yeah..and it's all total B.S. The people that sue should be sued for massive stupidity to not know that alcohol and tobacco products are bad for you or that you should NOT drop HOT coffee on your lap or you shoud not drink or smoke while preggers etc.... You can thank all those morons for the little warnings on products that are pretty obvious if you have half a brain. Sorry...just had to get that off my chest...lol

They have tried, but lost. I mean, how many have been forced to be a drunk? It's legal. Smoking is legal as well, the tree huggers got that crap done. By the way, I'm an ex-smoker, it's a free country.

Because its their problem for going over board on the drinking habits making them cause their own diseases. So its the company trying to make money and its the alcoholics who buy it.

Cause it's not there fault, sure there selling it but people know the risks after years and years of it happing. They just like the taste, betting a buz, or drunk. Like with smoken people know the sisks but they keep doing it cause there addicted to it and dumb for even trying in the first place

I have no idea but I think people should. They are also trying to ban smoking you would think that they would do the same thing for alcohol. Alcohol kills just like cigarettes do. And if you ask me drinking is worse then smoking.
I hate alcoholics too.

It is because it is not the companies fault how people use their product. Its like getting in a car crash and blaming it on the car company. It is all on the consumer

it's because liquor and beer isn't hazardous to your health (yeah right) IF you drink only a little bit. besides...the aforementioned alcoholics would defend the companies.
