It really varies when it will stop. For some women, it stops after a few weeks and for others, it doesn't stop for quite a bit longer. With my oldest, I had leaking for about 6 weeks. With my youngest, it was more like 6 months, but most of the time after about 2 months, it was just occasional, usually when he was nursing I'd leak on the other side.

sorry, but there isn't too much more that you can do other than wearing very absorbant pads. If you are breastfeeding, try to let the baby fully empty the breasts before bedtime, this will prevent some of the leakage you are experiencing. You might just have to nurse more often or longer too. It seems like you have plenty of milk for your little one, so you could try pumping and storing the extra milk in the freezer. If stored properly it could last several months. The leaking never really stops either until you dry up! Anytime you become arroused or hear a baby cry it signals your brain to let down your milk! So, just keep using those pads!

One other lady here wrote the other day about leaking at 27w gestation... I was shocked, but it happens. Some women just leak. I didn't leak at all with my first born and my mother in law told me she leaked so much she soaked through multiple pads in any given day. If you are breastfeeding there isnt' anything you can do for now but your milk supply will adjust to your feeding baby's needs... if your not breastfeeding you'll dry up in about 3 weeks..... btw so sorry to hear about the lady that had to tie her breasts up to do this cause it only takes 3 weeks natrually anyway hehe.

If you don't breatfeed take an old sheet and rip it up into strips, then have somebody wrap the hell out of your boobs! It has to be really super tight though. My Mother in-law did it to me and I only took it off when I took a shower. I was dried up in 3 days =)

Are you nursing? I'm not clear from your question. Let your baby sleep with you and nurse on demand and you won't wake up with soaking shirts, at least not for much longer.

Try these: lilypadz
They are reusable, and don't show through. I would recommend using cotton nursing pads at night, and the lilypadz during the day. They work for me and my 4 month old.
Of course, I am assuming you want to breastfeed.
