I'm looking at the paper they gave me when I got my baby's shots. It says:
6-11lbs (0-3 mos) .4 mL
12-17lbs (4-11 mos) .6 mL
18-23lbs (12-23 mos) .8mL
Hope this helps! (these are tylenol doses)
edit: Here, I found the page from shots for tots:

She should be fine by tomorrow! Just give her the tylenol as long as you feel she's hurting, and she may even run a slight fever with the shots, but all should be OK by about this time tomorrow night. And remember, in two seeks, she won't BE 2 months old any longer, she'll be old enough to handle the next round of shots. So just love her tonight, hold her if that's what she wants, and congrats on your new family!!

It is .4 so about half of the dropper, but it should have that amount on it. It is FINE for him to take it. My son had open-heart surgery at 3 weeks old and only weighed 7lbs and took .4 4 times a day for 3 weeks. just make sure it is INFANTS tylenol.

This is a good site listing the medicines you should have on hand for infants and how much to give, by weight. Untill a child is 2 years old, medicine dosages should be determined by their weight. According to this it would be .4 ml every 4-6 hours.

When my son got his shots at 2 weeks he weighed 10lbs and the doctor told me to give him half of the dropper. I don't know what the numbers are on the dropper - but it was half of the top line. I hope that helps. I think it is .4?

Call your pediatrican office and they will have an on call nurse. The nurse will be able to tell you the exact dose. That is always the safest way. Also if the baby is really warm with a fever over 102 you can put him/her is a warm bath to bring it down faster. It's scary when they are so little and they get sick.

At this age, you should always check with the doctor before giving your child anything. It's very easy to give too much and as small as baby is, it could be dangerous.

I have a chart from the hospital and here's what it says about Infants tylenol:
6-11lbs/0 to3 mos/0.4ml
12-17lbs/4-11 mos./0.8
18-23lbs/12to23mos/1.2ml (which is 0.8 +0.4)
I always give my son meds by his weight.

Then DO NOT give him any. You can't guesstimate this kind of stuff. You might end up accidentally giving him too much and he will overdose. Your doctor should have told you how much to give him, call him now, maybe he has an answering service.
