Fantastic Max I believe was the name...
was a cartoon made by Hanna-Barbera in the late 1980s. It centered on a diaper-wearing toddler named Max, who would have adventures in outer space with two of his toys FX, a pull string alien doll from a planet called Twinkle-Twinkle and AB Sitter, a C3PO-like android made of blocks.
Produced by Hanna Barbera and Kalato Ltd in association with S4C. It was shown on NBC in the early morning hours.
Fantastic Max ran on television from 1988-1990. It first appeared on television on September 11, 1988. Last Episode to appear on television was February 1, 1990.

I do recall that little green man, :P Marvin the Martian. Applies to me since I was stationed at Cannon AFB, NM. I was Air Force in Fuels. I do have a plush of Marvin and some coffee cups too. Best Friend, I think anyone of the characters who's you can count on in a pinch, a dog? Dog Chapman, even if he's woes, and rules of society are BS too me. Dog= God? So really, BF to always be in your corner. Sorry to hear about that Bell: Then again, he, in his own way or God agents watches over you. It was called Fantastic Max. The robot was called AB. He also travelled with an alien who'se name I don't recall but was magic and used to trun his bottle into the spafceship they travelled in. I remember that show.

I can't recall any, since my best friend loves books. I don't remember any cartoon character loving to read books. Which was the main reason we clicked, both of us loved to read.

yeah... but i don't remember the tittle of that cartoon though. but that robort you're talking about is actually an allien. and they usually travel in the outer space together.
