How many of you have tested truly before the day of your missed peiod, and gotten an accurate positive result? And My cycles are not regular, so how do I know when I have "missed"? I am so discouraged 6th month ttc

I know Early Response could give you results five days before your missed period. Try to calculate an average based on your previous menstruations and test a couple of days after. Good luck, and lots of baby dust to you!

I tested negative 3 days before my period was due, then positive one day before. I know it was one day before because I have regular periods. Have you charted your cycles, to be able to guesstimate when you are ovulating? When you start seeing egg white like cervical discharge, that is a good sign that you will be ovulating soon. Have sex frequently around that time, then start testing 15 days that. Also, a period is missed after 6 weeks, late after 1.

well if your periods aren't regular then its hard to tell but my sister in law took a pg test 2 days before her missed period and got a positive result. now she has a 3 month old daughter. good luck

When I found out I was pregnant, I practically knew right away, but I tested five days before my missed period and it came out positive. Good Luck

Well every women is different. Maybe go to a doctor or something. I have never tested before a missed period. I always waited a week or so after.

If your trying to concieve you should be keeping track of your cycles, irregular or not. I'd say visit your doc for a blood test, they're very sensitive and can pick up your hormones a lot sooner than urine tests... Even before your period is due.

My wife took the test 5 days before her missed period and it came back with one solid line and one very light line. The next next it was two solid lines. She did know the exact day she was going to start her period.
