best rap song of all time in my opinion (MY OPINION, NOT YOURS) is "Dance With The Devil"; at over 7 minutes, its amazing. It is by Immortal Technique.
I 100% recommend listening to the song by downloading it...and i think you will see why i say its one of the greatest rap songs of all time, if not the best.
