I think that you'll find that Calcium, not caesium will oxidise faster. Calcium is a soft metal that needs to be kept submersed in oil in order to keep it from oxidising. If left exposed to oxygen or submersed in water it will oxidise so rapidly it will explode (exothermic reaction).

p.s. hydrogen is not a metal. Just because it appears at number 1 on the periodic table dosent mean its a metal. What metalic properties does it have? none.

Hydrogen - most people do not know it is a metal but it is it is a light metal listed on the periodic table with Lithium, Sodium and others. The reaction that hydrogen and oxygen have are the most violent of any metal and oxygen - and rusting is just an inexact term for oxidation.

The fastest rusting metal is ceisium. Ceisium is the most reactive of all the non-radioactive metals and grabs up oxygen so fast that it would literally explode if exposed to air.

i believe it's iron in general.. steel on the other will take more time to rust; even though steel is a kind of iron, it's specialized in some way i don't remember

Steel or iron. I have had non-stainless knife blades and baking pans rust in the dishwasher.

Since rust is specifically the oxidation of iron, I would have to say...IRON.
