Walk on egg shells at all times!
I'd just drop them both and find a whole new set of friends if they couldn't be civil!
If one is being just plain ole mean to the other I'd tell em to go somewhere else and try to grow up before they came back!!! Let them know straight up you don't want to be around BULLSHIT !!

Well cookie I sympathize with you, I knbow exactly what you're going through. My two best friends hated each other. No matter what I would do they wouldn't get along. I'd try everything.....putting them together, inviting them over my house at the same time, but nothing worked. They would always bicker whenever they were together, and they would each tell me how much they hated each other. I had to learn that all my friends weren't always going to like each other, that's just life. Some people are just not going to get along, just respect that and accept it, if you don't you could end up losing one of them. If they try to make you choose tell them that you love them both and you need both of them, Not or the other. Good luck sweetie with whatever you decide.

Spend time with them seperately. Tell the one friend that hate the other that you are friends with both of them and that you don't want her bad mouthing the other friend. Be sure not to fall into the trap of being two faced and talking badly about one friend to the other just to "fit in".
Unfortunately it would be a waste of time and energy trying to make them friends. Just try to be a good friend to each of them seperately and stay loyal to both even when they are not around.

Tell all your OTHER friends about it. Then instigate a HUGE fight between them. Tell them they should slug it out in a public venue, make it official.

Get a lawyer and have each one of them sign on as a fighter under your personal management. Book Times Square and shepard them toward a massive fight. Sell tickets for $100 a piece...donating 5% to some crippled puppy charity of course...and let the fight commence. Buy the winner some lunch, pocket the cash and tell the loser they're not your friend anymore....EASY!

wow that's a real prob. but remember this' your best friend and you have been through alot and no one can take those memories from you and you can have lots of friends this is true but believe me no one can take the place of your best friend so always be loyal that's lie the best thing in the world you can do , and that's a real best friend if she don't like your best friend then bump her. I have had my best friend for over 20 years and we have always been loyal , friends to the end and when u tell her that' wow she will feel so good and it will make you to so much closer and every one will be jealous of your friend ship, g-luck' peace

Been here,This is what i did. I got them both together, and i told them that i liked them both as much as the other, and would carry on doing so,but if they wished to ***** about the other while with me, then i wouldn't think kindly about them, that it was their problem, not mine, and if they wished to fight they could also do that but not around me.Now they to are best of friends, but it took awhile and a lot of black eyes.
