That's the same thing that happen to me. I was 17yrs old, I thought i was pregnant because I was late. The doctor did an ultrasound, and said that I'm not pregnant, but I have very small ovaries, with a small cist. I was scared I thought I could never have babies. I ask him what he meant and he said oh they are just very small. I had a baby 2yrs after. So don't worry you just have small ovaries like me! that's all

You need to ask the doctor what it means. Sometimes the ultrasound just can't get a good angel....ovaries float around.
